2. NATURE OF THE LICENCE

A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable personal licence for use only. No source code, IP rights, resale or sublicensing rights are transferred.

4. NO EXCLUSIVITY

No exclusivity exists unless expressly set out in a signed contract. Grupo VIM may freely serve similar clients, competitors or partners.
